We're seeking a Data Migration Business Analyst in London to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact. Remote and Inside IR35 Contract
Summary
We are looking for a Data Migration Business Analyst, to play a crucial role in a decommissioning Programme, a large-scale, multi-year transformation initiative running through 2026β2028. Your expertise will be instrumental in managing the migration of several servers and applications, and supporting the controlled shutdown of or clientβs data centres.
You Will
β’ Build a criticality matrix on the business criticality of the applications
β’ Drive the development of the Business Requirements Document (BRD) and Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
β’ Support the shaping of testing across multiple technical workstreams, including Lift & Shift to AVS, Oracle migration, Citrix decommissioning, archiving, network simplification, and non-SAP application migrations
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and controlled decommissioning of the legacy infrastructure
Ideally, We'd Like
β’ Proven experience delivering large-scale infrastructure or data centre exit programmes
β’ Demonstrable ability to work across various technologies, such as AVS, VMware, Citrix, networks, licensing, and migration tooling
β’ Excellent skills in requirements gathering, dependency mapping, cutover planning, and service-interruption analysis
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex challenges
β’ Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to coordinate with diverse teams
β’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
