Job Description:
Pay Range: $72hr - $77hr
• The Data Migration Engineer will work with Adobe s internal data and business teams to design and implement end-to-end data migration strategies, focusing on Salesforce (SFDC) to Dynamics transitions.
• This role involves building integrations across multiple enterprise systems, supporting reporting and analytics, conducting QA testing, and ensuring successful production cutover and post-go-live support.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with internal data teams and business teams to gather and analyze data-related requirements.
• Understand SFDC to Dynamics field mappings and data models for migration.
• Design end-to-end strategies to stitch objects from multiple systems and financial KPIs.
• Build integrations between SFDC, Dynamics, SAP ECC, and DBX for Power BI reporting and financial metrics.
• Leverage enterprise data sources to create sophisticated analyses and data models for Sales, Finance, and Marketing.
• Migrate Marketing and Sales data and users from Salesforce.com to Dynamics.
• Work with Product Managers to create detailed data requirements/specifications for Engineering teams.
• Identify migration challenges and develop creative solutions for data transfer from SFDC to Dynamics.
• Consolidate requirements and recommend new reporting capabilities using advanced BI techniques and tools.
• Collaborate proactively with product managers to provide insights on enterprise data.
• Conduct QA testing, validation, and provide feedback to Engineering teams.
• Support release planning, schedule backlog items, and ensure alignment with business priorities.
• Assist with production cutover, acceptance testing, and post-go-live Hyper Care sessions, addressing technical issues alongside PdMs and Engineering teams.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor s degree (preferred: Computer Science or MBA from a reputable institution) or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in data analytics, data BSA, or data product management.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics, SQL/SparkSQL, Python, Databricks, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Strong understanding of delivering data solutions in an Agile environment.
• Ability to write detailed, accurate data requirements and specifications.
• Experience with enterprise applications such as SAP/HANA, MS Dynamics, Salesforce, ADLS/Hadoop/Databricks, or Kafka streams is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter, highly motivated, and able to work independently in a complex environment.
• Ability to influence outcomes and navigate cross-functional teams effectively.
Skills:
• Data migration and integration across enterprise platforms.
• Data modeling and analytics for Sales, Finance, and Marketing.
• QA testing and validation of data processes.
