• Strong experience within the insurance/ reinsurance sector.
• Experience with similar reinsurance pricing projects would be advantageous
• Strong SQL proficiency, particularly with Microsoft SQL Server, including query writing and an understanding of how database systems work.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills, ideally including VBA.
• Excellent data analysis skills, including a solid understanding of data quality and governance.
• Proficient in BI Analysis with a strong understanding of handling complex data sets and relationships.
• Experienced in managing multiple stakeholder expectations in a corporate insurance environment.
• Skilled in implementing effective data governance policies to ensure data quality and compliance.
