Working with data held in Amazon Redshift, you'll create a logical, business-friendly data layer that enables accurate, scalable analytics across a complex organisation. This is not a dashboard development role. They're looking for someone with deep SQL and data modelling expertise who can turn complex data into clean, performant semantic models. Skills & Experience • Strong SQL development experience, with the ability to write complex queries and optimise performance. • Proven experience designing and building semantic models and analytical data layers. • Strong understanding of data modelling concepts, including structuring datasets for reporting and analytics. • Experience working with complex datasets and turning business requirements into logical data solutions. • Experience supporting Power BI reporting through well-designed underlying models. • Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Amazon Redshift or AWS would be beneficial. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and simplify data for end users. We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all suitably qualified persons regardless of race, sex, disability, religion or belief, sexual orientation, or age.
