Data Modeler with Insurance Domain(w2 Only)

Role Description This is a contract hybrid role for a Data Modeler in Princeton, NJ, with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. The Data Modeler will be responsible for designing and implementing data models, ensuring data governance, maintaining data quality, and supporting data architecture initiatives. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, leveraging ETL processes to streamline data workflows, and contributing to the enhancement of enterprise data management practices. Qualifications • Expertise in Data Modeling and Data Architecture to design and optimize databases and data structures • Strong skills in Data Governance and Data Quality to ensure compliance, accuracy, and reliability of data • Proficiency in leveraging Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) tools and methodologies for efficient data integration • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and align data solutions with business objectives • Familiarity with data management tools and industry-standard practices • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field • Prior experience working in the insurance domain is highly desirable
