Location: Westlake, TX, Smithfield, RI, or Merrimack, NH
Hybrid: 2 weeks onsite & 2weeks Remote

Are you passionate about data modeling for mission-critical systems and driving modernization from legacy mainframes to cloud-native platforms? We’re seeking a Principal Data Modeler to join our Data Modeling & Analysis Center of Excellence.
What We’re Looking For
• 10+ years in data modeling, data architecture, or related field.
• Deep hands-on experience in OLTP modeling for transactional applications.
• Proficiency with modeling tools (PowerDesigner, Erwin, or similar).
• Strong RDBMS expertise in Oracle and PostgreSQL (CockroachDB experience is a major plus).
• Experience with NoSQL databases (DynamoDB, MongoDB, Aerospike, etc.).
• Advanced SQL skills for analysis, tuning, and optimization.
• Understanding of data lineage from OLTP → ODS → Data Lakes/Analytics (Snowflake).
• Experience with DB2 z/OS (mainframe) migrations is highly valued.
• Agile delivery experience with strong collaboration and communication skills.
