8+ years of experience as a Data Modeler or Data Architect.
Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks).
Hands-on experience with data modeling tools (ERwin, ER/Studio, PowerDesigner, Sparx EA, or similar).
3+ years of healthcare domain experience.
Ensure data models comply with HIPAA and healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, CPT, SNOMED, LOINC).
Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
Support data ingestion and transformation efforts by partnering with ETL/ELT and data engineering teams.
