Role description
The value of the new Decision Support System (DSS) depends on strong, consistent data models that support reliable reporting, predictive analytics, and decision making. At present, dedicated data modeling capacity is insufficient.
Funding is requested for a data modeling contractor to provide focused, upstream support for the DSS. This contractor would design and maintain scalable, analytics‑ready and predictive data models; translate business requirements into standardized, documented structures; and align source systems, the data warehouse, and reporting tools through consistent logic.
Without dedicated data modeling support, existing staff must address these needs on an ad hoc basis, reducing efficiency and increasing the risk of inconsistent results. A contractor will close this gap and ensure the DSS can be fully and effectively utilized, including support for predictive use cases.
