We are seeking an experienced Data Platform Master Data & Governance Analyst to support enterprise data initiatives by improving the quality, consistency, and governance of master data across multiple business domains.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Analyze, cleanse, and standardize master data (customer, supplier, parts, repair, etc.)
✔ Perform data profiling, data quality assessments, and governance activities
✔ Develop data mappings, business definitions, metadata, and KPI standards
✔ Validate data transformations, enterprise data models, and reporting solutions
✔ Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT, Data Engineering, and Analytics teams
✔ Support enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) and data platform initiatives
Required Skills:
✅ 5+ years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, Data Quality, Business Analysis, or Data Analytics
✅ Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation
✅ Experience with ERP systems and enterprise master data
✅ Expertise in data profiling, cleansing, mapping, and standardization
✅ Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills:
⭐ Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, or Snowflake
⭐ MDM platforms (Profisee, Informatica MDM, SAP MDG, or Reltio)
⭐ Power BI and Data Governance programs
⭐ Manufacturing, Aerospace, or Supply Chain domain experience
