Role description
Role: Product Analyst
Location: New York (Onsite)
Responsibilities:
• Act as a bridge between product, business, and data engineering teams, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Convert business questions and analytical objectives into clear, actionable technical and data requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines using Python, PySpark, and Alteryx, enabling automation and operational efficiency.
• Conduct data profiling, lineage analysis, and data quality validations to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
• Produce clear, well-structured technical documentation and handoff materials to support collaboration and knowledge transfer.
• Demonstrate hands-on expertise in Python, PySpark, Alteryx, and SQL, with working knowledge of Git and CI/CD practices.
• Deliver solutions within Agile frameworks, supporting iterative development, sprint execution, and stakeholder alignment.
• Leverage cloud-based data platforms and BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI for advanced analytics and visualization (nice to have).
• Ensure adherence to security, privacy, governance, and change-management standards across all deliverables.
• Measure success through improved backlog clarity, predictable sprint delivery, timely UAT sign-offs, and high stakeholder satisfaction within the first 90 days.
