Role description
Position Overview Looking for a Data Product Lead to lead the Data POD supporting enterprise- scale Adobe Experience Cloud initiatives. This role serves as the technical and consultative leader for the foundational data layer that powers customer experience, activation, analytics, and personalization capabilities across the Adobe ecosystem. The Data Product Lead is responsible for B2B data architecture, Adobe Web SDK and dat acollection implementations, upstream CRM and marketing-automation integrations, governanc eframeworks, identity strategies, and data quality programs that enable trusted, actionabl ecustomer data. Working closely with Product Managers, business stakeholders, architects, an ddelivery teams, this leader will translate strategic priorities into executable roadmaps, overse ePOD delivery, and ensure the scalability, reliability, and governance of data assets acros sAdobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP B2B (RTCDP), Adobe Journey Optimize r(AJO), and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) . Required Skills & Experi • ence8+ years of experience in data architecture, customer data platforms, marketing technology, data engineering, digital transformation, or related discipli • nes.Deep hands-on expertise with Adobe Web SDK, Edge Network / Data Streams, tag management solutions, and enterprise data layer architect • ure.Extensive experience implementing and supporting Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) solutions, including XDM schema design and dataset configurat • ion.Hands-on experience with the B2B data model—accounts, contacts/leads, opportunities, marketing lists, and buying groups—in RTCDP B2B or a comparable B2B • CDP.Proven experience integrating CRM (Salesforce/Dynamics), billing, campaign, and enterprise data sources into Adobe Experience Platform, including lead-to-account match • ing.Strong expertise in XDM schema design, dataset configuration, data modeling, and data governance best practi • ces.Experience designing and supporting both batch and streaming data ingestion architectu • res.Deep understanding of data governance, data lineage, consent management, data labeling, and DULE polic • ies.Experience with B2B identity resolution, account-to-person resolution, profile stitching, and cross-device identity strategies within RTCDP environme • nts.Strong knowledge of cloud-based data platforms including GCP, AWS, Azure, and Snowfl • ake.Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional programs within large enterprise environme • nts.Proven ability to manage offshore technical resources and distributed delivery te • ams.Experience establishing data quality frameworks and governance programs with measurable outco • mes.Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and executive influence ski • lls.Experience balancing technical delivery priorities with business objectives and operational outco mes.
