Data Product Owner

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Product Owner to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities • Translate business needs into actionable user stories, emphasizing data-driven decision-making. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product design and delivery. • Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on stakeholder input. • Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment across delivery teams. • Monitor and evaluate product progress, making adjustments as necessary. • Identify and mitigate risks related to data quality and system interoperability. • Develop user stories and manage the product backlog effectively. Skills • Proven experience as a Product Owner in enterprise environments, particularly in financial services. • Strong understanding of SAFe Agile practices and experience in scaled Agile frameworks. • Proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, or R. • Excellent communication skills to convey technical aspects to diverse stakeholders. • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear product requirements. Preferred Skills • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. • Experience with cloud technologies and product development strategies. • Knowledge of database management systems such as MySQL or PostgreSQL. • Background in user-centric design and data stewardship.
