Role description
Marketing Data Protection Analyst The Compass Centre | Hybrid (3 days onsite – Wed anchor) 4-month contract (Contract-to-Hire) We’re looking for a Marketing Data Protection Analyst to join the Customer Marketing & Digital function, acting as the main point of contact for GDPR and privacy matters. Working closely with the DPO, Legal, and Compliance teams, you’ll support end-to-end data protection processes across customer-facing digital platforms, marketing activity, and transformation programmes. Key responsibilities include: β€’ Advising on GDPR compliance for new and existing customer data projects β€’ Leading and managing DPIAs, DPAs, DSARs, and privacy risk assessments β€’ Supporting audits, compliance monitoring, and risk register reporting β€’ Reviewing contracts and privacy notices with Legal and Procurement β€’ Engaging with senior stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams β€’ Supporting digital initiatives including websites, apps, AI solutions, and personalisation programmes Key requirements: β€’ CIPP/E certification (mandatory) β€’ 3+ years’ experience in Data Protection / GDPR roles β€’ Strong experience with DPIAs, DPAs, GDPR, and stakeholder engagement β€’ Confident communicator able to balance privacy risk and commercial needs β€’ Background in large, complex or highly regulated organisations preferred An excellent opportunity for a hands-on data protection professional looking for a high-impact role with conversion potential.
