Job Summary
This role supports the corporate communication function by partnering with security engineering teams to manage and communicate initiatives related to Venafi, PKI encryption, Microsoft PKI, Keyfactor and data protection platforms. The position focuses on translating complex technical topics into clear internal communication that supports secure operations in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
-Develop communication plans that explain PKI encryption initiatives and certificate lifecycle changes to internal partners while aligning with corporate communication standards -Coordinate with PKI engineering teams using Venafi Microsoft PKI Keyfactor and AppviewX to gather accurate technical updates and translate them into accessible communication materials -Prepare internal announcements that describe data protection PKI projects and their benefits for secure digital operations across business units -Create detailed run books and communication guides for certificate renewal events outages and remediation efforts to reduce operational risk -Manage communication timelines for PKI ELN related activities ensuring that all affected teams receive timely and actionable information -Design user friendly guidance for application teams integrating with Venafi AppviewX and Keyfactor so that onboarding and configuration steps are clearly understood -Develop awareness content that highlights the importance of encryption key management and its role in safeguarding customer data and corporate information.
