Data QA / Implementation Specialist (SQL, SaaS)

What you’ll do • Own end-to-end client onboarding and technical configuration • Perform QA on data at every stage — inputs, processing, and reporting outputs • Configure and manage ETL workflows for client data • Identify data issues, inconsistencies, and edge cases before they reach clients • Partner with developers to test and validate new features • Identify platform gaps and translate real-world use cases into product improvements • Help ensure new functionality works reliably across real client scenarios What we’re looking for • Strong Excel + working knowledge of SQL • Solid understanding of data structures and QA/QC processes • Experience testing systems or validating functionality (QA/UAT) • Ability to spot issues quickly in large datasets and workflows • Comfortable working cross-functionally with product and engineering • Self-directed, detail-oriented, and highly accountable Why this role is different This isn’t just QA or implementation.
