Senior Analyst – Data Quality & Automation (Material Master)
Location: Hybrid--Raritan, NJ

Position Overview
Our Pharma client is seeking a Senior Analyst – Data Quality & Automation (Material Master) to join its Data Team. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of enterprise master data across the organization.
Reporting to the Data Quality & Automation Lead/Manager, you will support day-to-day data quality operations, drive automation initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across Supply Chain to improve data integrity and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance activities across enterprise systems.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve data quality issues by analyzing root causes and partnering with stakeholders on corrective actions.
• Build and maintain automated workflows to reduce manual processes using tools such as Power Automate, Python, RPA, or ETL technologies.
• Monitor and report on data quality metrics, dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with Supply Chain and other business functions to understand master data requirements and implement sustainable data quality solutions.
• Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), data standards, process documentation, and knowledge articles.
• Support data governance initiatives and contribute to continuous process improvement efforts.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in Data Quality, Data Management, or Supply Chain Analytics.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and enterprise data analysis tools.
• Experience with automation technologies such as Power Automate, Python, RPA, or ETL.
• Solid understanding of Supply Chain processes and Master Data domains, including:
• Material Master
• Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Inventory
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally, if required.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Governance principles.
• Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence/reporting tools.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies.
