Data Quality & Business Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Quality & Business Data Analyst to support key business transformation initiatives through structured data cleansing, validation, and enrichment activities. This role will focus on improving the quality, consistency, and usability of business-critical data across multiple enterprise systems. The successful candidate will help establish a stronger data foundation that supports future system integrations, automation initiatives, reporting capabilities, and long-term data strategy objectives. The position is ideal for someone with experience working with large datasets in complex business environments who understands how information flows between multiple systems and can identify relationships between related data sources. Skills & Experience Required Essential • Experience working with business data in medium to large enterprise environments. • Strong understanding of data structures, master data concepts and data relationships. • Experience performing data cleansing, validation and quality improvement activities. • Ability to analyse and reconcile data across multiple business systems. • Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy. • Ability to identify patterns, inconsistencies and data quality issues. • Comfortable working with Excel and other data management tools. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently while collaborating with business stakeholders. • Excellent organisational and communication skills. Preferred • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar systems. • Experience with CPQ solutions. • Exposure to data governance or master data management initiatives. • Experience supporting business transformation, digital transformation or system migration projects. • Understanding of recurring revenue, renewals or subscription-based business models. • Familiarity with reporting, business intelligence or data warehouse concepts.
