Data Quality Implementation Specialist

This person will partner with data owners, developers, analysts, and governance stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical data quality controls. The role is ideal for someone who has strong experience with Collibra products and enjoys building structure in a growing data governance environment. What You’ll Tackle • Define and build data quality rules in Collibra environments • Partner with data owners and stakeholders to identify key data elements and quality requirements • Support critical data element and metric definition efforts • Perform data profiling, validation, and reconciliation activities • Test and validate rule effectiveness through QA and UAT processes • Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for data quality initiatives • Track rule coverage, monitor effectiveness, and help improve governance maturity • Work cross-functionally with governance, technology, and business teams to improve data integrity What You Bring • Strong hands-on experience with Collibra • Experience with Collibra Data Quality (CDQ) and Collibra DIP • Strong SQL skills for data validation, profiling, and reconciliation • Experience defining and implementing enterprise data quality rules • Understanding of data governance and stewardship practices • Ability to work with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into controls • Experience with QA, UAT, and rule validation processes • Familiarity with master data and reference data concepts • Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline
