Role description
Due to the continued growth and success of the Association, we are now seeking applications for this exciting post within our Assets Directorate.
Hours: 37 hours per week
Location: Holywood/ Belfast
Reference: FHA04171
Salary: £33,366 (SP23) – £37,938 (SP28) per annum
This role has been assessed as suitable for hybrid / smart working.
The Data quality systems officer will contribute to the professional delivery of the Asset Directorate by ensuring quality of the service provision and systems (utilisation, performance, purpose and delivery etc) and assist the Asset Manager in the distribution of a quality asset management service to our customers.

The Association
Radius Housing provides quality and affordable social housing in over 80 towns and cities throughout Northern Ireland. We provide a range of services from sheltered housing for the over 55’s and general needs housing for families and single people, as well as specialist care and support facilities for the frail, elderly, people with dementia and learning disabilities and other complex needs.
We have invested £21 million to improve our homes and residential care facilities.
Each year we receive and respond to over 50,000 repair callouts, and carry out general, cyclical and major repairs to the Association’s properties, ensuring they remain in good condition. To be shortlisted candidates need to provide evidence of the following as a minimum:
• Level six qualification (e.g., Bachelor’s Degree, Graduate diploma) in a Business-related discipline or Information Technology.
OR
At least 3 years’ experience (gained in the last 8 years) in data management or information technology systems and BI/analytical reporting at officer level, in an organisation of at least 50 employees.
• Experience of implementing policies and procedures and contributing to their development.
• Extensive experience of fully utilising Information Systems and associated reporting packages.
• Ability to analyse, interpret and act upon large amounts of data, for internal and external use, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to plan and prioritise personal and project workloads, ensuring all deadlines have been met.
• A current full driving licence and access to a suitable form of transport
