Role description
Duration: 12+ Months
Location: MN- Maplewood, 100% Remote
Overview: Every consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services offers to clients. As a Data and Rebranding Intelligence Analyst w/ PM, you will join the Data Strategy and Intelligence practice and service. This service provides insights into company data, advanced analytics solutions, robust data governance, and tailored solutions for specific data challenges.
Responsibilities
β’ Support the Regulatory and Rebranding teamβs data requirements to support a global rebranding project
β’ Identify and lead data cleansing activities on critical regulatory data
β’ Define and optimize change management processes and tools between systems utilizing regulatory data
β’ Support governance activities to ensure change requests to data and systems align with requirements from global stakeholders in Regulatory, Quality, and Operations
β’ Identify requirements for integration between systems and for analytics team to optimize the rebranding processes
β’ Design, develop, test, and publish ad hoc reports on Power BI as requested by the management team and provide analysis of these reports on data visualization tools
β’ Conduct data reviews for technical gaps and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve them
β’ Gain understanding of and continue to support data policies and procedures
β’ Lead data rule creation and Regulatory submission data analysis
Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) in computer science, engineering, statistics, business or finance from an accredited institution
β’ 3+ years of project management leadership
β’ Three years of work experience in data science, business analytics, business intelligence or comparable data intelligence field
β’ Three years of experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI
Preferred Qualifications
β’ Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, or Statistics
β’ 5+ years of data analysis experience
β’ 1+ years of project management leadership
β’ 1+ years in MedTech industry
β’ Experience conducting large scale and complex data analysis to support business decision making
β’ 1+ years working with Regulatory Information Management systems or Regulatory Data Syndication
β’ 2+ years working on global projects
β’ Proficient understanding of Power BI, SQL, Python, Spreadsheet Modeling, machine learning models, and AI workflow
The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $145,000 or the hourly equivalent.
