Data Reporting Analyst

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Data Reporting Analyst to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $70.00 to $90.00 per hour. Job Responsibilities • Support the creation and improvement of financial reporting tools used by the finance team. • Build and customize reports that combine data from multiple sources to meet business needs. • Work with finance partners to understand reporting needs and translate them into clear technical outputs. • Maintain data accuracy within reporting tools and identify issues that require correction. • Assist with the development of dashboards and summaries that help leaders view important financial trends. Requirements • Ability to write reports using SQL server tools and related query functions. • Skill in building customized reports in Crystal and combining results from different data sets. • Strong working knowledge of Excel functions, including the use of Power Query. • Experience working with reporting platforms such as Power BI or other integration tools. • Ability to manage multiple report requests with accuracy and timely delivery. Qualifications • Prior experience with financial reporting or data analysis in a finance setting. • Familiarity with ERP or workforce systems, with experience using UKG or Vista. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data for clear presentation. • Ability to troubleshoot data issues and recommend improvements to reporting processes. • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical results in simple terms.
