Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Data Reporting Analyst- to join their team. As a Data Reporting Analyst, you will be part of the Data Analytics Department supporting the Payments Domain team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proactive communication, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title:Data Reporting Analyst Location:Charlotte, What's the Job? • Develop and maintain comprehensive data reports to support business decision-making processes. • Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and insights. • Utilize SharePoint, Jira, Horizon, and SQL tools for report creation and data management. • Document technical processes and workflows to ensure clarity and reproducibility. • Participate in release management and implementation projects to optimize data reporting systems. What's Needed? • Over 5 years of experience working in a corporate environment with data reporting functions. • Proficiency in data collection, report creation, and SQL programming. • Experience with SharePoint, Jira, Horizon, and related reporting tools. • Strong process documentation skills, possibly including ISO standards. • Prior experience in the Payments domain and release management is highly desirable.
