Role description
We are looking for a skilled Data Reporting Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Hartford, Connecticut. In this role, you will focus on creating and managing custom reports using electronic medical record systems, while collaborating with teams to support human services and behavioral health initiatives. This position provides an excellent opportunity to utilize your expertise in data analytics and system development to drive impactful results in the healthcare industry. Responsibilities:
Develop and customize reports using Carelogic and Case Worthy electronic medical record systems.
Utilize SQL queries to extract and analyze data for reporting purposes.
Support system development and enhancement projects for Case Worthy software.
Collaborate with teams to implement data-driven solutions in human services and behavioral health programs.
Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in data reporting processes.
Lead initiatives to integrate analytics and reporting tools with organizational objectives.
Apply knowledge of healthcare and human services to enhance reporting accuracy and relevance.
Utilize business intelligence tools to generate actionable insights for decision-making.
Ensure reports comply with data governance and regulatory requirements.
Provide training and guidance to team members on data reporting platforms and methodologies.
Proficiency in creating reports from Carelogic and Case Worthy systems.
Strong knowledge of SQL queries and data extraction techniques.
Familiarity with system development processes for Case Worthy software.
Understanding of human services and behavioral health service delivery systems.
Master’s degree in Health Analytics, Business, or a related field.
Experience leading teams in analytics and reporting projects.
Expertise in tools such as Apache Spark, Jira, and BusinessObjects Technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
