Data Reporting Analyst

Job Title: Data Reporting Analyst Location: Coppell, TX USA 75019 Pay Rate: $22.91/hr Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm Job Type: Contract Position Overview Responsible for creating, developing, and maintaining data-driven reports to support business decision-making Support initiatives to increase print sales, ensure order billing accuracy, and develop workload balance models for specific workgroups Translate complex data into meaningful insights for stakeholders Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools Extract, clean, and transform data from multiple internal and external sources Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and deliver timely solutions Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting outputs Automate recurring reports and analytics processes to improve efficiency Provide ad-hoc analysis to support strategic and operational initiatives Document reporting processes and maintain standards and best practices Qualifications Associate’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field required Bachelor’s degree preferred 2–4 years of experience in reporting, data analytics, or business intelligence roles Required Skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros) Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools Knowledge of database structures and database builds Advanced Excel expertise (required) Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization experience (required) Knowledge of database builds (required) Work Environment & Expectations Desk-based position On-site role Client culture: Combination of casual and professional Company Description: Compunnel Inc boasts over two decades of experience collaborating with leading global enterprises to meet their needs for flexible workforce solutions and on-demand talent.
