Data Reporting Analyst

Summary: The ideal candidate will join the Warehouse Operations Team as a Sr. Data & Reporting Analyst, supporting operational excellence through a balanced focus on systems analytics and reporting. Candidates must be capable of delivering insights that drive business decisions, particularly within warehouse or logistics operations. the candidate must be proficient with SAP, MS Excel, SQL, PowerPoint; and, must have experience developing dashboards using BI Tools. Job Title: Sr. Data & Reporting Analyst Work Location: Santa Ana, CA (Fully Onsite) Duration: 12 months Hourly Rate: $50.00-$52.00 per hour Key Responsibilities: • 50% focus on Operational Analytics • 50% focus on SAP Analytics & Reporting • Analyze large datasets to support business operations • Generate reports and dashboards to aid in decision-making • Collaborate cross-functionally with warehouse and logistics teams Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Accounting, or related field • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in data analysis/reporting • High proficiency in MS Excel (40%), SQL (35%), Access, BI Tools, and PowerPoint (25%) is required. • Strong knowledge of SAP Analytics • Experience in systems and operational analytics • Background in the logistics or warehouse industry is a strong plus About us: Harvey Nash is a national, full-service talent management firm specializing in technology positions.
