Role description
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Data & Reporting Analyst who loves working with spreadsheets and building clarity from complexity. This role will focus on consolidating data from multiple spreadsheets, creating clear and insightful dashboards, and performing analysis to help inform strategic business decisions.
You’ll play a key role in designing, maintaining, and improving manual reporting processes during our transition to new technology platforms, as well as building projections and financial/operational analytics to support executive decisions

Key Responsibilitie
s:● Consolidate and Clean Data: Gather, reconcile, and standardize data from multiple spreadsheets and sources using advanced Excel and Google Sheets functions to ensure accuracy and consistenc
y.● Develop and Maintain Dashboards: Build and manage insightful dashboards using spreadsheets and visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Tableau) to support department and executive reporting need
s.● Conduct Analysis and Forecasting: Perform trend analysis, financial modeling, and scenario forecasting to generate actionable insights that support strategic decision-makin
g.● Define and Track KPIs: Collaborate with department leads to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and design reporting that drives alignment with business objective
s.● Improve Reporting Processes: Streamline and enhance manual reporting processes by introducing automation, templates, and documentation to increase efficiency and reduce error
s.● Support Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with Finance, Operations, and Executive leadership to translate complex data into clear insights and ensure consistent understanding across team
