Role: Data and Responsible AI Governance Lead
Location: St. Louis, MO
Duration: 6-12 Months
• Experienced Data and Responsible AI Governance Lead with 8+ years of expertise in data governance, AI governance, risk management, compliance, and enterprise governance frameworks.
• Skilled in designing and implementing Responsible AI programs, policies, controls, and operating models to support ethical, secure, and compliant AI adoption.
• Strong background in data quality, lineage, access management, model transparency, fairness, explainability, privacy, and AI lifecycle governance.
• Experienced in managing AI use case intake, risk assessments, approvals, exception handling, monitoring, and governance reporting.
• Proven ability to partner with legal, compliance, cybersecurity, technology, risk, and business teams to align governance practices with regulatory requirements.
• Expertise in defining governance structures, decision rights, accountability models, KPIs, KRIs, and executive-level reporting.
• Knowledge of Responsible AI principles including accountability, transparency, human oversight, AI safety, and model risk management.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to translate complex technical and regulatory topics into business outcomes.
