We’re also building a next-generation AI Omnichannel Platform that unites data, analytics, and engagement at scale. Our Revenue team sits at the center of that mission—connecting data operations, marketing analytics, and sales enablement to drive predictable, scalable growth. Position Overview We’re looking for a Data & Revenue Operations Analyst who thrives at the intersection of data, systems, and go-to-market execution. This hybrid role combines data querying and analytics (SQL, Power BI), process automation (RevOps), and technical marketing support—including market analysis, documentation, and system setup for outreach and engagement. You’ll collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure that data flows, and that client deliverables and insights all align to drive revenue. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative—someone who can interpret data, improve systems, and help tell the story of our solutions through actionable insights and enablement. Key Responsibilities Client Communication & Order Management • Serve as the primary contact for inbound client data requests, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and timely delivery. • Translate client goals into actionable data and analytics requirements. • Support the sales team with audience counts, segmentation logic, and delivery timelines for proposals. • Join client calls as needed to discuss dataset recommendations or results. SQL Querying & Data Delivery • Write and optimize SQL queries to generate counts, segment audiences, and fulfill data orders. • Validate datasets for accuracy, consistency, and compliance. • Deliver datasets securely (Excel, CSV, SFTP, etc.) with documentation and clarity for client teams. Analytics, Reporting & Insights • Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI to visualize performance metrics, client deliveryKPIs, and sales funnel data. • Conduct ad hoc analyses to identify patterns, campaign insights, and opportunities for optimization. • Partner with marketing and RevOps teams to improve reporting accuracy, data hygiene, and attribution modeling. Market & Competitive Analysis • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings. • Summarize insights to inform product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and revenue growth initiatives. • Support internal teams with data-driven competitive intelligence and benchmarking reports. • Documentation, Onboarding & Enablement • Draft and edit support documentation, guides, and technical resources—using AI tools for drafting and editing for tone and accuracy. • Create and maintain onboarding assets for new clients and internal teams (slides, process docs, videos, etc.). • Contribute to the company’s internal knowledge base and training materials to accelerate onboarding and scale efficiency. Systems, Domains & Automation • Manage and update domains and DNS settings for cold email and outbound pipeline operations. • Collaborate with marketing and sales to ensure proper setup, deliverability, and compliance across outreach tools. • Identify automation opportunities across CRM, BI, and data fulfillment workflows. • Maintain synchronized data and process documentation across key systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Azure SQL, etc.). Sales Enablement & Solutions • Support Partner with sales and client success to create pre-sales data samples, demo reports, and insights. • Participate in solution design discussions, helping translate client needs into data-driven strategies. • Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities based on data trends and client engagement patterns. • Qualifications Required Skills & Experience • 1–3 years of experience in data operations, revenue operations, or marketing analytics (internships included). • Proficiency in SQL (joins, filters, aggregations, optimization). • Hands-on experience with Power BI or related BI/Analytics tools • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong client-facing presence • Proven ability to write and edit documentation and support content clearly and effectively. • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects. Preferred Skills • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation tools. • Experience in RevOps, technical marketing, or sales enablement environments. • Exposure to domain setup and email deliverability management. • Working knowledge of cloud databases (Azure SQL, AWS RDS). • Understanding of data governance, privacy compliance, and cold outreach best practices.
