Position: Data Science Lead

Job Description:
• Lead end-to-end data science projects with a strong focus on agile methodologies and rapid iteration cycles.
• Develop and implement advanced AI/ML models, including propensity modeling, to drive business outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with data engineering teams to build and optimize data pipelines supporting model development and continuous refinement.
• Leverage modern tools such as GenAI or Data Assist to accelerate project delivery and improve efficiency.
• Provide technical leadership, guide team members, and ensure best practices in model development and deployment.
• Prior experience in the HR domain, including people analytics or workforce insights, is highly preferred.
• Support AI/ML model development under guidance from senior team members or leads.
• Apply machine learning techniques for building, testing, and refining predictive models.
• Work collaboratively within a team environment and follow structured project direction.
• Contribute to data preparation, analysis, and model validation activities.
