What You’ll Do
• Build and deploy AI/ML and GenAI models (LLMs, RAG workflows, embeddings)
• Process structured and unstructured data ETL, SQL, NoSQL, vectorization
• Architect scalable AI solutions on Azure / AWS / Google Cloud
• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver business value
• Communicate insights through clear, compelling storytelling
• Mentor junior talent and support strong delivery standards
Required Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI development roles
• Programming: Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, NLTK, TensorFlow/Keras, PyTorch)
• Generative AI & LLM Development: LangChain, Semantic Kernel, prompt engineering, embeddings, RAG workflows
• Machine Learning / Deep Learning: Model training, evaluation, optimization, and deployment
• Data Engineering: SQL, NoSQL, ETL pipelines, API integrations
• Cloud Platforms: Azure / AWS / Google Cloud data & AI services
• DevOps Practices: Git, CI/CD, testing automation, release management
• Front-end/back-end integration for AI solutions (bonus)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
