Job Summary
The Data Scientist will formulate and apply advanced analytical approaches including statistical modeling, forecasting, machine learning, mathematical optimization, and decision analysis to develop analytical models, tools, and processes that improve operational effectiveness and drive incremental business value.
Responsibilities
Advanced Analytics & Predictive Modeling — 45%
• Apply advanced analytical methodologies including causal modeling, time series forecasting, econometrics, machine learning, and mathematical optimization for complex analysis and predictive problem-solving.
• Conduct data validation and error analysis to improve model performance and reliability.
• Develop analytical solutions that support strategic business initiatives and operational improvements.
Data Collection & Analysis — 20%
• Collect, clean, organize, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets.
• Identify trends, patterns, insights, and drivers of variability within large datasets.
• Test new features, enhance analytical models, and integrate updates into existing code and workflows.
Reporting & Data Visualization — 15%
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using business intelligence tools.
• Present complex analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Innovation & Emerging Technologies — 10%
• Research and evaluate emerging analytical technologies, tools, and methodologies that can enhance team capabilities and business performance.
Leadership & Team Development — 10%
• Lead and manage interns, co-ops, Analysts, Engineers, and Associate Data Scientists.
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and support for continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ability to solve complex problems using conceptual and analytical thinking.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
