Data Scientist
We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist to support legal and information governance operations by managing and analyzing large, complex data sets. This role involves working with diverse data sources, automating processes, and delivering insights that directly influence decisions.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Gather and analyze data from various products and platforms for legal and compliance purposes.
β’ Automate data collection and analysis using SQL and Python-based ETL frameworks.
β’ Build dashboards and reports to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
β’ Maintain documentation on data pipelines, tools, and datasets.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, data, and infrastructure partners.
Required Skills & Experience
β’ 3+ years of experience in quantitative analysis.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in a technical or quantitative field.
β’ Strong skills in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools.
β’ Experience with distributed systems (Hive, Hadoop) and Unix/Linux environments.
β’ Proven ability to manage projects independently and communicate technical results effectively.
Preferred
β’ Background in Legal, eDiscovery, or Information Governance.
β’ Experience handling high-volume, complex data cases.
β’ PHP experience is a plus.
