Data Scientist The Ideal Candidate · Detail-oriented data professional with strong quality focus and business mindset · Comfortable working with large, complex datasets using Python and/or R · Experience in data modeling, analytics, visualization (e.g., Tableau), and modern data platforms (Hive, Hadoop) · Knowledge of machine learning, AI fundamentals, and industrialized analytics products · Familiar with DevOps and agile development practices · Curious, fast learner who applies new tools, methods, and technologies to improve performance · Able to influence user-story prioritization through data-driven insights and innovative thinking · Strong collaborator who thrives in cross-functional and virtual teams · Balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution and architecture trends · Passionate about unlocking business value from data · Aligns with company values and culture and is motivated to create a better everyday life for the many people Must-haves – Qualification Summary • Proven training in computer engineering, computer science, econometrics, mathematics or equivalent • Experience and knowledge of working with large datasets and distributed computing architecture • Knowledge of coding in R and/or Python and development of artificial intelligence applications • Experience in statistical analysis and statistical software • Experience in data processing and analysis • Experience in working in an Agile or DevOps working set-up • Experience in software engineering - Knowledge of Company Brand, culture, values and way of working Travel & Location • On-site position in Philadelphia, PA.
