Role description
Data Scientist (Python / PySpark) Location: UK (initally remote with occasional London travel) Duraion: 2-months We're recruiting an experienced Senior Data Scientist to join a high-profile digital transformation programme within the UK healthcare sector, delivered by a globally recognised management and technology consulting organisation. This is an initial 2-month contract with potential for longer-term opportunities based on project demand and performance. Responsibilities • Develop scalable analytics pipelines and data science solutions. • Build and optimise Python and PySpark workflows. • Collaborate with engineering, product and design teams. • Support the delivery of innovative healthcare data products. Essential Skills • Strong Python experience. • Strong PySpark experience (mandatory). • Experience building production data science or analytics solutions. • SQL and large-scale data processing. • UK-based due to data sovereignty requirements. Nice to Have • Healthcare or NHS data experience. • Population Health Management. • Tableau or dashboard migration. • Workforce planning or supply chain analytics.
