Role description
Urgent: Baltimore Fortune 1000 Hiring U.S. Citizen for Long‑Term Contract Key Skills Needed • Strong experience with NLP, Python, SQL, Pandas, NLTK, and spaCy • Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) • Excellent communication skills Role Overview You will build and optimize NLP and LLM models, develop automated data solutions, and work with large datasets to support analytics and decision‑making. This includes hands‑on Python work, model training, deploying scalable AI/ML solutions, and collaborating with data and analytics teams. What You’ll Do • Build, train, and deploy NLP and LLM models • Analyze large datasets and identify trends using SQL and Python • Create automated data pipelines and scalable solutions on AWS • Develop and test new NLP techniques and Generative AI approaches • Solve analytic problems and recommend effective solutions • Work with analysts to close data gaps and improve monitoring • Deliver accurate, timely data analysis Requirements • Bachelor’s or Master’s in a related field, or equivalent experience • 10+ years IT experience • Strong skills in Python, NLP tools, SQL, Pandas, NLTK, spaCy • Experience with LLMs, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn) • Experience with Git, AWS, Spark, Airflow, and large‑scale data processing • Ability to clean, process, and analyze real‑world data • Experience with multiple database systems (DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, Hadoop, etc.) • Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills • Must obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance • On‑site in Woodlawn, MD, 5 days per week Nice to Have • Experience with federal/state government projects • Background in distributed computing (Spark, Hive, Impala) • Experience in research environments • Optional experience with CUDA/GPU work, Mathematica, LaTeX/HTML • Experience with NLP for anomaly detection
