Role description
Job Description: • We are seeking a motivated and skilled Data Scientist to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in delivering high-quality solutions, collaborating cross-functionally, and driving impactful results. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. • The ideal candidate has a strong background in marketing analytics or financial products, thrives in complex data environments, and can translate data into meaningful business impact. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze large, complex, and fragmented datasets to uncover actionable insights • Design and evaluate marketing campaigns, with a focus on email performance measurement and optimization • Develop and apply statistical models, including regression, clustering, and segmentation techniques • Conduct experimental design and hypothesis testing, including A/B testing and multivariate analysis • Apply causal inference methods to assess business impact and inform strategy • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver data-driven recommendations • Translate complex analyses into clear, concise insights for both technical and non-technical audiences Required Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in Data Science, with a focus on marketing analytics and/or financial products • Proven experience measuring and optimizing email marketing campaigns • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Tableau • Experience working with Snowflake &/or Databricks • Experience with Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) • Hands-on experience working with large, complex datasets • Deep understanding of statistical analysis, experimental design, and data modeling techniques • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in the payments industry or working with credit card products • Familiarity with customer lifecycle analytics and marketing attribution • Experience working in Agile or cross-functional environments
