(5 days in office, 5 days remote, repeating) Salary Range: $85/hr - $88/hr (USD) on W2 + Benefits Job ID#: #1534647 Job Summary (Responsibilities and Requirements): β€’ We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to work on complex, high-impact analytics initiatives. In this role, you will apply advanced data science principles to solve business problems, design scalable machine learning solutions, and deliver actionable insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead analytical projects, and help drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities: β€’ Design, develop, and deploy predictive models to address business challenges. β€’ Perform deep data analysis, feature engineering, and model validation. β€’ Build interactive reports and applications (e.g., RShiny) for stakeholder use. β€’ Monitor and maintain ML models, including drift detection and performance tracking. β€’ Implement automated testing, versioning, and deployment workflows (MLflow, Dataiku, or similar). β€’ Work with structured and unstructured datasets in big data environments. β€’ Develop scalable production architectures for machine learning solutions. β€’ Present insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders. β€’ Mentor and guide junior data science team members as needed. Qualifications: β€’ 5+ years of Data Science experience using R and/or Python on Hadoop platforms (required). β€’ Strong expertise in statistical modeling and machine learning techniques. β€’ Hands-on experience with predictive modeling: Classification, Regression, Clustering β€’ Experience with ML lifecycle tools (MLflow, Dataiku, or similar). β€’ Experience monitoring ML models for drift, reproducibility, and performance. β€’ Proficiency in building interactive data apps (e.g., RShiny). β€’ Experience working with big data ecosystems such as: Hadoop, HDFS, Hive, Sqoop, Spark (PySpark, SparkR, SparkSQL), Jupyter or Zeppelin notebooks β€’ Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or Snowflake is a strong plus. β€’ Understanding of data engineering concepts is a plus. β€’ Ability to create clear, interpretable visualizations that tell a compelling story β€’ Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent β€’ Preferred: Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field About Us: Founded in 2009, IntelliPro stands as a global leader in talent acquisition and HR solutions.
