Data Scientist / Advanced Analyst

We are seeking a talented Data Scientist / Advanced Analyst to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities • Lead data-driven strategies for fraud detection and prevention across various platforms. • Develop insights and reporting mechanisms to analyze and mitigate fraud at scale. • Define and evaluate key performance metrics, including the effectiveness of machine learning models. • Influence and guide experimentation and measurement strategies to enhance decision-making processes. • Create insightful dashboards for stakeholders to visualize data and trends effectively. Skills • 5+ years of experience in analytics with a strong focus on data science. • Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and modeling. • Expertise in designing experiments and conducting power analysis. • Solid understanding of machine learning models and their evaluation. • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive solutions from concept to execution. Preferred Skills • Experience with ETL frameworks and large-scale data modeling. • Background in Trust & Safety analytics. • Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage critical programs.
