Need consultants with 15+ years of experience.
Position Title: Data Scientist with Agentic AI
Location: Plano, TX - Onsite
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Role Overview:
• We are seeking a forward-thinking Data Scientist Agentic AI Developer to design, build, and optimize autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, learning, and taking actions across complex systems. This role is ideal for someone passionate about pushing the boundaries of AI beyond passive models toward systems that can plan, decide, adapt, and execute in dynamic environments with minimal human intervention.
• You ll work on bleeding-edge agentic frameworks, integrate LLMs with tool-use capabilities, and contribute to multi-agent systems that are self-improving, goal-directed, and robust.
Key Responsibilities:
• Agent Design & Architecture: Architect modular, goal-oriented AI agents capable of autonomous task execution using frameworks like Auto-GPT, LangChain, CrewAI, etc.
• Tool Integration: Equip agents with APIs, search tools, databases, memory, planning modules, and feedback loops to operate effectively in open-ended environments.
• LLM-Orchestration: Fine-tune, prompt-engineer, or strategically utilize LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama) to empower reasoning, decision-making, and interaction.
• Memory & Planning: Implement short-term and long-term memory layers, vector stores, and strategic planning pipelines to enhance agentic behavior.
• Evaluation & Optimization: Benchmark agents on performance, accuracy, latency, and autonomy. Rapidly prototype and iterate based on outcomes.
• Collaborative AI: Build and coordinate multi-agent systems that can communicate, negotiate, and collaborate to solve tasks collectively.
• Safety & Alignment: Ensure agents align with ethical, safety, and reliability standards through continuous monitoring and adaptive feedback mechanisms.
Ideal Candidate Has:
• 15+ years of experience in AI/ML, with a strong focus on LLMs or intelligent agents.
• Deep understanding of agentic AI principles, reinforcement learning, and cognitive architectures.
• Proficiency with Python and AI frameworks (LangChain, OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.).
• Experience building autonomous systems or tools that use memory, reasoning, or planning.
• A hacker mentality: rapid prototyping, experimentation, and staying on the frontier of AI advancements.
Bonus: Experience with simulations, multi-agent games, or emergent behavior modeling.
