We are seeking skilled Data Insights Developers to join our growing team. These roles are ideal for professionals with a strong foundation in data science, machine learning, and data engineering. The candidates will work on building data-driven solutions, developing machine learning models, and supporting scalable data pipelines.
This is a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity with potential for full-time conversion.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and deploy data-driven solutions to support business insights
• Build and train machine learning models for predictive and analytical use cases
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes using Python
• Work with large datasets using distributed computing frameworks such as Spark
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders
• Perform data exploration, cleaning, and feature engineering
• Optimize model performance and ensure scalability of solutions
• Document processes, models, and workflows for maintainability
Required Qualifications
• 2–4 years of professional experience in data science, data engineering, or related roles
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Hands-on experience with machine learning model development and training
• Experience working with Apache Spark or similar distributed data frameworks
• Solid understanding of data engineering concepts and ETL processes
• Experience with data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Working knowledge of Databricks
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with version control tools like Git
• Understanding of MLOps concepts and model deployment
