Data Scientist || 4yrs || Remote || US Based Candidates We are seeking a results-driven Data Scientist with approximately 4 years of experience to join our analytics team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistical modeling, machine learning, and data-driven problem solving, with the ability to translate business questions into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and deploy machine learning models to solve business problems Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, business) to define data-driven solutions Develop and maintain data pipelines for model training and evaluation Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and feature engineering Validate model performance using appropriate statistical techniques and metrics Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders through reports, dashboards, and presentations Work with engineering teams to deploy models into production environments Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field 4+ years of relevant experience in data science or applied machine learning Strong proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and modeling Hands-on experience with ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar) Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and experimental design (A/B testing) Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational/non-relational databases Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn) Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for data storage and model deployment Interested candidates can directly reach out- navneet@sourcebae.com
