This individual will apply advanced analytical, machine learning, and forecasting techniques to solve complex, real‑world operational problems. The role focuses on building, deploying, and improving production‑grade forecasting systems that operators actively trust and use. Responsibilities include developing causal and time‑series forecasting models, optimizing decision‑making processes, and improving model performance through structured and unstructured data analysis. The Data Scientist will work closely with analysts, engineers, and business partners to translate complex analytical outputs into clear, actionable insights via dashboards, visualizations, and written communication. Compensation: $40/hr to $50/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
