Duration: Contract
Some specific things you’ll work on:
• Analyze large, complex datasets from field operations to identify trends, inefficiencies, and productivity opportunities.
• Develop and deploy predictive models for optimizing field engineer productivity and resource allocation.
• Build and maintain robust forecasting models for demand, capacity planning, and workforce management using machine learning and statistical techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, engineering, business stakeholders) to define requirements and implement data-driven solutions.
• Design and conduct A/B tests and experiments to validate process improvements and model assumptions.
• Create clear reports and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
• Continuously monitor, validate, and improve models to ensure accuracy and relevance in dynamic business environments
