Job Title: Data Scientist Measurement Framework Developer (Statistical & Causal Inference)
Location: Fully Remote (Preference for CST or EST candidates)
Duration: 6-Month W2 Contract
Pay Rate: $54 $62/hour (based on experience)

About the Role
We are seeking a Data Scientist with strong expertise in statistical inference and causal analysis to support the development of measurement frameworks for large-scale enterprise solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys designing experiments, and can deliver end-to-end data science solutions with a strong focus on production-level implementation and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and implement scalable measurement frameworks for production environments
Apply statistical inference and causal methodologies (e.g., A/B testing, propensity score matching, instrumental variables)
Develop and analyze both controlled experiments and observational studies
Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and measurement strategies
Write clean, maintainable, and reproducible code for statistical analysis and reporting
Contribute to CI/CD processes and manage code using GitHub Enterprise
Deliver insights quickly while maintaining high analytical rigor and collaboration standards
Required Qualifications
Strong foundation in hypothesis testing, OLS, GLM, and causal inference techniques
Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimental design
Proficiency in Python and SQL, including libraries such as statsmodels, scikit-learn, DoWhy, or linearmodels
Experience working with production-level code and end-to-end data science workflows
Familiarity with Databricks or similar enterprise data platforms
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
Self-starter mindset with strong ownership and accountability
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in retail, inventory management, or operations research
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
