About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist / ML Engineer with strong experience in AI, Machine Learning, and NLP. This role focuses on building and deploying scalable ML models, working with Large Language Models (LLMs), and solving real-world business problems using data-driven approaches.πΉ Key Responsibilities
β’ Develop, deploy, and maintain machine learning models in production environments
β’ Work on NLP use cases such as text classification, sentiment analysis, and conversational AI
β’ Design and implement solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) (e.g., BERT, GPT, RoBERTa)
β’ Apply fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques
β’ Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
β’ Work with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into ML solutions
β’ Present insights and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
β’ Continuously improve model performance, scalability, and efficiency
πΉ Required Qualifications
β’ 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI-focused roles
β’ Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
β’ Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)
β’ Hands-on experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch
β’ Proven experience with NLP and ML model development
β’ Strong understanding of AI/ML principles and LLMs
β’ Experience working with LLMs (BERT, GPT, RoBERTa)
β’ Hands-on experience with fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and RAG
β’ Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
β’ Strong SQL skills and experience handling large datasets
β’ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

β’ Experience with MLOps (deployment, monitoring, lifecycle management)
β’ Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes
