This role focuses on building and deploying scalable ML models, working with Large Language Models (LLMs), and solving real-world business problems using data-driven approaches.πŸ”Ή Key Responsibilities β€’ Develop, deploy, and maintain machine learning models in production environments β€’ Work on NLP use cases such as text classification, sentiment analysis, and conversational AI β€’ Design and implement solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) (e.g., BERT, GPT, RoBERTa) β€’ Apply fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques β€’ Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation β€’ Work with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into ML solutions β€’ Present insights and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders β€’ Continuously improve model performance, scalability, and efficiency πŸ”Ή Required Qualifications β€’ 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI-focused roles β€’ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field β€’ Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) β€’ Hands-on experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch β€’ Proven experience with NLP and ML model development β€’ Strong understanding of AI/ML principles and LLMs β€’ Experience working with LLMs (BERT, GPT, RoBERTa) β€’ Hands-on experience with fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and RAG β€’ Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) β€’ Strong SQL skills and experience handling large datasets β€’ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills πŸ”Ή Preferred Skills β€’ Experience with MLOps (deployment, monitoring, lifecycle management) β€’ Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes β€’ Experience with model explainability (XAI) β€’ Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and compliance β€’ Experience with AI automation tools/frameworks β€’ Exposure to telecom or customer interaction data (nice to have) β€’ Experience working in Agile environments πŸ”Ή Nice to Have β€’ Graph Analytics β€’ Advanced NLP techniques β€’ AutoML tools and frameworks
