Role description
Hiring: AI Architect / Data Scientist (LLM / GenAI / MLOps)
We are looking for an experienced AI Architect / Data Scientist with strong hands-on expertise in Data Science, Machine Learning, LLMs/Generative AI, and MLOps to support a cutting-edge enterprise AI initiative. This role requires someone who can take complex LLM-based use cases from concept to production and help build scalable AI solutions.
Location: San Jose, CA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Duration: 6 Months (Possibility of Extension)
Visa: USC and Green Card Only
Key Requirements
• Strong hands-on experience in Data Analytics, Data Science & Machine Learning
• Experience fine-tuning LLMs / training models / GenAI use cases
• Proven experience taking LLM-based solutions to production
• Strong background in recommendation systems, forecasting, or predictive modeling
• Experience designing and deploying production-grade MLOps pipelines
• Hands-on experience with ML systems and deployments at scale
• Architect / Lead-level experience required
Preferred
• Experience with RAG / Vector DB / Prompt Engineering / GenAI frameworks
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
