Data Scientist

We are seeking a Data Scientist with strong expertise in statistical inference and causal analysis to design and develop scalable measurement frameworks for enterprise solutions. This role is ideal for someone passionate about experimental design, causal inference methodologies, and impact measurement at scale. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to define KPIs, design experiments, and deliver data-driven insights that influence business decisions. • Rate Range – $60–70/hr on W2 Responsibilities: • Design and implement measurement frameworks for production-grade solutions • Apply statistical inference and causal analysis methods including: • A/B testing • Propensity score matching • Instrumental variables • Develop and analyze controlled experiments and observational studies • Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and measurement strategies • Write clean, scalable, and reproducible code for statistical analysis and reporting • Implement CI/CD best practices and manage code repositories using GitHub Enterprise • Translate complex statistical findings into actionable business insights Required Qualifications: • Strong understanding of: • Hypothesis testing • Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) • Generalized Linear Models (GLM) • Causal inference techniques • Proficiency in Python and SQL • Experience with libraries such as: • statsmodels • scikit-learn • DoWhy • linearmodels • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimental design • Familiarity with Databricks or similar enterprise data platforms • Ability to work independently with a strong ownership mindset Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in retail, inventory management, or operations research domains • Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP • Experience working in enterprise-scale data environments • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
