Role description
Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer (Remote) TechLine is hiring on behalf of an external client! Our client is a fast-moving tech company building real-world AI solutions, and they are looking for a Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer to join their dynamic team. In this impactful role, you will design, build, and deploy AI projects end-to-end – from applied machine learning models in production to cutting-edge generative AI and fine-tuning large language models (LLMs). If you thrive in a collaborative, agile environment and love turning data into tangible product features, this could be the opportunity for you. Responsibilities β€’ Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models to solve real-world problems and power new product features. β€’ Design and implement generative AI solutions; fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for specific use cases and applications. β€’ Collaborate with engineers to integrate ML models into production (MLOps) and continuously improve model performance. β€’ Analyze large datasets to extract insights, guide model development, and inform business decisions. β€’ Stay up-to-date with the latest AI research and experiment with new techniques to keep our solutions state-of-the-art. Qualifications β€’ 3+ years of experience in data science or machine learning engineering, building and deploying ML models. β€’ Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn); familiarity with generative AI or LLM fine-tuning is a plus. β€’ Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, data analysis, and statistical techniques. β€’ Experience deploying models in a cloud environment (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and using MLOps tools for CI/CD. β€’ Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile team environment. β€’ Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is preferred. Why You’ll Love This Role β€’ Impact & Ownership: Work on high-impact AI projects from concept to production and see your solutions make a real difference. β€’ Modern Tech Stack: Use the latest tools in machine learning, generative AI, and cloud technologies to build innovative products. β€’ Remote & Global: This is a fully remote position – work from anywhere and collaborate with a diverse, global team. β€’ Agile Culture: Join a tech-savvy team that iterates quickly and values innovation, learning, and collaboration. If you’re passionate about building AI solutions and ready to take ownership in a cutting-edge environment, we'd love to hear from you! #MachineLearning #DataScience #GenerativeAI #LLM #AI #RemoteWork #TechJobs #hiring
