Company Description • Katalyst Healthcares & Life Sciences is hiring entry level candidates for several positions for contract research in Clinical trials of drugs, biologics and medical devices. • We have a few immediate job opportunities available in Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance and Clinical Research field. We work with University hospitals, pharmaceutical companies and recruiting partners. Job Description Overview: The successful candidate will work with stakeholders in the Quantitative Medicine and Genomics (QM&G) organization to update and maintain existing data resources and visualization tools and develop new dashboard solutions for evaluating target predictions against observed data. Responsibilities: • Update and maintain existing shiny app and Neo4J graph. • Collaborate with team members to design and implement new framework solutions for data analysis and visualization. • Develop dashboards to evaluate the effectiveness of predictive models for clinical success against several metrics. • Engage with experts in other departments during the development process. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end users. • Create documentation for codebase and tools. Requirements: • Bachelors, (3-5 years). MS degree (0-2) or higher in a quantitative field (Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Computational Genetics, Biostatistics or other field with a strong quantitative and computational background). • Proficiency in R or Python programming. • Experience with git. • Experience using SQL and / or Neo4j databases. • Experience working on HPC or cloud environment. • Experience developing web apps in shiny or flask. • Domain knowledge in bioinformatics and / or genetics. • Domain knowledge in machine learning. • Experience developing dashboards.
