Data Scientist

We’re hiring a Data Scientist to own forecasting models and work directly with real-world healthcare data, while contributing to AI/ML-driven product initiatives. This is a hands-on role where your models won’t sit in notebooks—they’ll drive decisions. 🔍 What you’ll do • Build and deploy forecasting models (time-series, demand, patient-level) • Work with healthcare datasets (claims, clinical, commercial) • Partner with data engineering on pipelines, lineage, and data quality • Contribute to AI/ML product development alongside product + engineering • Translate complex business problems into scalable data solutions ✅ What you bring • Strong Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) • Proven experience with forecasting models (not just general ML) • Hands-on work with healthcare/pharma data • Experience in production or product-focused environments • Ability to work across end-to-end data workflows 🧰 Tech Stack Snowflake | Google AI/ML tools | Looker (or similar) ⭐ Nice to have • Pharma/commercial analytics experience • AI/ML product development exposure • Snowflake-based environments Thank you for your interest!
